BEAUTY FAVORITES OF 2022

I purchased a good amount of beauty products last year and I want to share with you some favorites that I would absolutely recommend. You'll find my "best of" in makeup, skincare, and tools. All are within reasonable budget and I have used on a consistent basis.

Best Clean Lip Liners

I have completely slept on sharing these with you guys on video this past year! I splurged and bought Lip Liners in every color from FIT GLOW BEAUTY, once I learned they were clean - and let me tell you; these lip liners perform and have great pigment! They are not overly creamy so they stay put, and the bright pink and red shades have worked as full lip colors for me this past year.  No weird smell or taste, these are a must have for lip liner gals!

Best Foundation Brush

I was a sucker for a Tik Tok ad for this foundation brush by BK BEAUTY, but I'm so glad I fell for it! This foundation brush (and every brush I've purchased from them) is amazing! So well made, this foundation brush is slightly angled to reach every curve of your face and the dense bristles help press liquid foundation into skin like a dream! My foundation has look so good this year, partly due to the application with this kick ass brush! 10 out of 10! I also bought an eye brush set from BK Beauty, and was impressed with the quality as well.

Best Body Butter 

I fell in love with a woman owned beauty brand this year and have tried a number of their products. Each and every one has felt so luxe; but the body butter by Lune De Miel, is nothing less than smooth light frosting for my skin, in the most decadent Monoi scent. It's not a heavy thick body butter. I love the lightness and how it absorbs into my skin. You have got to smell this! Just as delicious smelling, is her facial oil and body wash!

Best Drugstore Makeup Remover

While I love Beautycounter's coconut and macademia nut based eye makeup remover, for a fraction of the price, I've found that Garnier's Micellar Water is fabulous and removing lash adhesive, eye liner, mascara, and pretty much most anything you have on your face. My bottle from Target has lasted me ages, and at around $8, you can't beat it! BTW, yes its clean!!!

Best Tinted Moisturizer

I never used to be a Tinted Moisturizer girl, but between coaching soccer this year, walking my dog, and wanting to save my foundation; I've been turning to Beautycounter's Dew Skin Tinted Moisturizer, and let me just say - wow!
